(2D, 3D, concept, character, environment, illustration, UI, UX, tech artist, tech/gameplay/character animator, modelling and rigging)
DESIGN & QA: Calling those designers and quality checkers, from game, level and systems design, game directors and design directors, to UI/UX and QA testers or managers to heads of departments.
PRODUCTION: Calling all producers, product managers and project managers. Anyone with 2+ years of experience to VP of production and product, lead producer or studio managers.
TECHNICAL:
Calling everyone in the engineering family. From 2+ years experience to the leads, tech directors and CTO, you generalists and those who specialise.
(Gameplay, AI, Engine, Physics, Audio, Systems, Graphics, Tools, Software, Server and Network)
COMMERCIAL: Calling all those business developers, account managers, recruiters and roles that support the wonderful industry to keep moving forward.
MARKETING: Calling the Marketing Magicians, from community, to social media, user acquisition and head of marketing. 2+ years of experience in the field.

After connecting; we will show you a selection of studios we think would help your next move and why. If we don’t have anything that makes sense to your career, we will be honest and point you in the right direction.
Once we have agreed on prospective studios, we will begin introducing your profile/portfolio. We might also do a mini video interview at this stage to increase your chances.
After agreeing on an interview date and time, we are on hand for any interview prep or support you might need before the big day.
We will always make the time to catch up with you after the interviews. To see where you stand with the studios, offer feedback and help prepare you best for the next stage.
If you are set an assignment/test as part of the interview process, it is our job to ensure you are happy, understand the assignment and get any questions you need answered.
We represent you at this stage, communicating with the studio to ensure you get the best offer that works for you. We want to make sure that you are happy with the details of the offer whilst handling those difficult-to-have conversations, and of course, accept!
Our support doesn’t stop here; we will help you with the resignation, managing notice periods and onboarding...making it much less awkward!
