Have a phonecall, Zoom or coffee with James or Hannah. We want to know more about your career to date, and understand what is truly important to your career ambitions and your next move.
After connecting, we will show you a selection of studios we think would help your next move and why. If we don’t have anything that makes sense to your career, we will be honest and point you in the right direction
Once we have agreed on prospective studios, we would begin with introductions of your profile/portfolio. We might also do a mini video interview at this stage to increase your chances.
After agreeing on an interview date and time, we are on hand for any interview prep or support you might need before the big day.
We will always make the time to catch up with you after interviews. To see where you stand with the studios, offer feedback and help prepare you best for the next stage.
If you are set an assignment as part of the interview process, it is our job to make sure you are happy, understand the assignment and to get any questions you need answered.
We represent you at this stage, communicating with the Studio to ensure you get the best offer that works for you. We want to make sure that you are happy with the details of the offer and of course, accept!
Our support doesn’t stop here, we will help you with the resignation, handling notice periods and onboarding... making it a lot less awkward!
