With more commitment from both sides, this partnership will offer you exclusive headhunting of candidates outside of your network, first access to our candidates and access to our Video ATS system so you can hand-pick the candidates you like. This personalised and committed approach ensures that you attract and retain the best talent in an agreed timeframe.
This offering gives you everything from 1, 2 and more to achieve the internal recruitment experience. With the established network, brand and experience of an external agency, as well as offering support with your hiring strategy, collaborative marketing and culture analysis.
