Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Creative Designer, you will own and supervise the implementation of our studio’s creative strategy across social channels and other viable opportunities. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing. 

  • Develop and devise concepts for our social media platforms and other marketing channels as needed
  • Lead our design development for all relevant platforms throughout your experience and research on the subject matter
  • Produce artwork for marketing materials, fulfilling the VP of Marketing’s requirements
  • Contribute to branding and design meetings through brainstorming and development of new ideas and concepts, and provide the content needed for presentations
  • Make use of illustration skills and rough sketches to orient in-house teams in a more satisfactory manner
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time and quality while pushing the creative boundaries of our studio
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content follows our brand guidelines and gets delivered with the appropriate tone and message
  • Participate in training sessions and product demonstrations to gain comprehensive knowledge of our products and tech range
  • Guarantee that all of our marketing and branding materials are industry-compliant and communicate our brand standards across all created materials

About You

You’re all about groundbreaking tech and the means to market and sell it globally across most audiences. You’re fascinated with how social media, the Internet, and tech devices interact and bring great content at lightspeed. Even better: you’re thrilled about bridging the gap between people and the gadgets that will change their world. 

  • 2+ years of experience in a Creative or Design role
  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent training
  • Strong creative skills and understanding of brand guidelines
  • Mastery over design fundamentals, such as layouts, colour, artwork, print, production, brochure design, website design, and other digital media
  • Exhaustive familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while adhering to budget
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and proof-reading skills
  • Self-driven and fully-owned work ethic

Desirable talents include:

  • Previous experience in video editing, e.g. After Effects
  • Prior experience in developing style/brand guidelines and templates
  • Have a keen interest in social media and design trends
