Responsibilities and Requirements
As Lead Game Designer, you will lead and inspire a best-in-class design team to craft the most unforgettable, profound, and worthwhile experiences in the studio’s new MMORPG. You will own the game’s architecture, systems, economy, combat, etc.
- Working closely with the founding team to transform their creative vision into deliverables
- Deeply involved in the creation of game designs, design processes, pipelines, and discipline
- Building and leading a highly talented design team, evangelising multiple areas of game design
- Working with the game development team to create highly engaging and high-performing features
- Give constructive critique on the quality of the gameplay and visions
About You
- Experience leading the design of a AAA or highly successful title, evangelising best practices and scalable processes
- Deep experience in creating new features and driving a design team
- Experience in guiding a multi-disciplinary team
- Exposure to economy design
- MMO/RPG design experience
