Responsibilities and Requirements
As a QA Lead, you will manage the studio’s QA affairs from A to Z, leading the internal and external teams and ensuring the studio’s upcoming games satisfy the highest quality standards possible towards release.
About You
- Strong expertise in quality assurance practices and methodologies
- Proven experience as a QA Lead in the successful completion of a game project
- Experience leading QA initiatives for live titles, post-launch
- Excellent communication skills, a team player, and a positive attitude
Desirable bonus qualifications include:
- Familiarity with Steam and console platforms
- Prior experience as a QA Lead within a development team (not solely external QA)
- Background in other areas of game development, such as art, tech, animation, or design
- Experience in non-corporate work environments
- Involvement in personal projects
- Passionate about gaming, being an active gamer as well
