Carefully blending historical accuracy, large-scale battles, and teamwork tools and priorities like few other games have, this developer has landed three impressive, compelling multiplayer war simulation games on Steam.
Now, this company is using their broad experience in tactical first-person shooters to develop a new game for a cherished science-fiction IP that will surely bring nostalgic feelings to its audience. Will you lead the charge and bring the fight to their enemies’ homes? Service warrants citizenship!
Responsibilities and Requirements
As Senior Producer, you are ideally experienced and confident in all game development phases. From pre-production to launch, you will lead the studio’s multidisciplinary teams thanks to outstanding project management, expertise in production methodologies, and familiarity with the Atlassian suite of project management tools.
- Empower and enable the team to create the best game possible that is high quality, innovative and fun to play.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration with an openness to new ideas or approaches.
- Be the voice of the game and team with studio leadership as well as external partners, such as IP holders.
- Partner with the studio leadership team to build out the production processes.
- Mentor, coach and manage production staff, setting goals, providing feedback and developing high performers.
- Constantly evangelizing the game and the team to anyone who will listen!
- Own the product roadmap and work with studio partners to develop the Live Operations roadmap and content schedule.
- Own and be accountable for the team’s execution of the project plan, course correcting where necessary and proactively communicating challenges and risks to studio stakeholders.
- Own the project P&L and make appropriate adjustments to remain on budget while hitting product goals
- Support the studio budgeting and forecasting process by being responsible for the project's financial plan
About You
- An experienced producer or product manager with 7+ years of experience in game production.
- A love of video games and a passion for making great games with great people.
- Experience creating a product roadmap with clear user stories and deliverables.
- Experience using analytics to make data-informed decisions.
- Experience working with external stakeholders and outsourcing partners.
