The role you play…

Joining the team as a Senior Producer, you’ll be an integral part of the team-building process allowing everyone to do their best work and create great products on time.

You will be the producer for a small to mid-sized team and be responsible for the smooth running of the project. 

What your week might look like…

  • Overseeing project development from concept to post-launch
  • Being responsible for managing the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Managing project deadlines, anticipating problems, finding solutions and tracking its progress
  • Managing and tracking the project budget throughout
  • Mentoring and supporting other producers and team members to help maintain and evolve best practices across the company
  • Being in charge of project processes and supporting a happy, productive team
  • Being the face of the project for both internal and external stakeholders

What we are looking for…

  • 5+ years industry experience
  • Production cycle experience for multiple games
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage relationships with external partners
  • Passion for helping people work together happily and productively
  • Drive to keep learning and adapting
  • Proactive and positive mindset
  • Agile methodologies experience


  • Desire to make player-focused games
  • Experience working with small teams
  • Experience with mobile projects
  • Experience with Jira and/or other project management tools
  • Experience with any scaled Agile frameworks
